19 October 2025 - SAHDEA congratulates Datuk Roger Chin and the Sabah Law Society (SLS) on their remarkable effort in securing the High Court’s decision on Sabah’s 40% Special Grant entitlement. This is a victory for justice and Sabah’s constitutional rights.
We urge the Federal Government to respect the ruling and not pursue an appeal, in the true spirit of fairness and the Malaysia Agreement 1963.
