SAHDEA's Performing Arts Development and Empowerment Division Head, Mr Moses DeSilva, had a wonderful session with Mr Jason Blasius of Sabah Cultural Board on the 10th of December 2020. In the meetup, Mr Moses explained to Mr Jason what SAHDEA functions as and both had a fruitful discussion in regards to the cultural performance sector of Sabah.
